Cream whippers

The refrigerated cream whipper FRINATA MN75 achieves owing to its double cooling system giving to the cream a really white colour and extending its stability. This makes it possible to every pastry customizing its cream by controling the 5 parameters of the whipping:

    • The use of cold air during the whipping between 2/4ºC isolates the cream from the heating of the mixing (patented system).
    • Adjust the quantity of air insufflated.
    • Adjust the speed of agitation.
    • Allows to set the whipping time cycle..

    It allows productions from 20 to 70 litres of whipped cream and up to 75 litres of cream for musses..

Loading and emptying of the bucket

One of the great qualities of Frinata MN75 is its turning bucket, allowing tilting the bucket,facilitating both uploading and emptying of the bucket, overcoming both physical effortlessly to any other, allowing each operator load height suited to their characteristics.

During the emptying one again the turning bucket allows that the operators unload effortlessly and in an instant the total load from the bucket to the stainless steel trolley, endowment that came with the machine and helps to transport the load in the workshop/laboratory, while the cream whipper starts a new working cycle.
