The pasteurizer and batch freezer FRICREMA PM25 blue series is a programmable pasteurizer PC25 model does not differ in the capacity of bucket, becouse both of them are 25 liters, but they are different in heating and cooling power ,in PM25 both have been enhanced

Increasing the heating and cooling power, provides a considerable reduction of working times, with cycle times close to one hour (depending on the product) between the phases of heat and cold.

In the whole SERIES BLUE FRICREMA PM25 is a programmable pasteurizer that has 100 recipes which may be configured by the user. It reachs up to 200 º C, allows minimum loads (20%), agitation speed adjustable, Revers and intermittent rotation. Emptying tap high capacity Ø80mm (patented model) and water cooling circuit with very low consumption.

Our pasteurizers versatility allows working with very different products , ranging from the patisserie for preparing pastry cream, jams, candies, glaçage or, to the catering sector to prepare croquettes, bechamel, all kinds of sauces and summarize a wide range of culinary products.

Batch freezer

After making the pastry production in the morning shift, we can program our machine for mix pasteurization and mix ageing of our ice cream production, working performed with total autonomy during the afternoon and evening and you will find the ready for batch freezer work next morning, being able to offer our clients a varied menu of ice cream throughout the year, but especially, boosting sales in the lowest point of the season pastry.

The high cooling power capacity of the pasteurizer PM25 model, coupled with the performance of our spectacular cooling buckets, allow us for cooling the ice cream in approximate times at 10 and 15 minutes to 8 / 12 liters of ice cream.

Preparation time

Without any doubt one of the lowest times of preparation in a pasteurizer current international market, with our PM-25 we are able to reach 85ºC and then cooled below 10ºC in a record time from 50 to 60 minutes, being only conditioned by the texture of the product that we process.

Food Security

With our pasteurizer, batch freezer, you will get the guarantee total elimination of bacterial load since the whole process is done in a single vessel, the machine’s bucket. The pasteurizer PM-25 is water cooled condenser with pressure valve and oversize counter, getting one of the smaller consumption between machines in its class, both in the pasteurization cycle as the batch freezer.

1.- POSSIBILITY OF PREPARING 200ºC HIGH TEMPERATURE PRODUCTS

2.-HEATING FROM ITS LOWER END (BASE OF THE BUCKET)

4.-COOLING POWER ADJUSTABLE

Cold from the sides and base…. Achieved by means of its own direct expansion system with adjustable cooling power, in order to prevent the forming of frost in the area not covered by the product...
The existence of a double diffuser on the base and a direct cooling circuit built on it, allows for a use of the same base to get heat out of itCOOLING AREA , notably widening the cooling useful area.



5.-SPEED VARIATOR ADJUSTABLE

All our machines are supplied with an open software that facilitates the adjusting of all the parameters that take part in the process in each recipe and that can be programmed by the user. On each step of the recipe, the turning speed from 0 up to 100 % can be selected, as well as the turning inversion (very important to achieve a good mixture), and the possibility of continuous or intermittent turning, .
In the figure at the right, we have adjusted 70% of the maximum value and we rotate the agitator in both directions, making it very efficient for a good initial mix.

6.-SEVERAL ROTATION WAY

The conbination of turning inversion (very important to achieve a good mixture), and the possibility of continuous or intermittent turning will allow you the best possible mixture without grums.

7.-100 OPEN AND CUSTOMIZED RECIPES SERIAL

Depending on loads (big or small) that you need producing all this process is reached in a totally automatic and customized way by the user by means of the use of recipes that guarantee that the process can be repeated regardless the operator commissioned for the task, as the responsibility of the parameters of temperature, speed and turning direction are programmed by the master baker and are saved in the machine as recipes.

8.-SAVE IN AN EXTERNAL USB MEMORY ALL YOUR RECIPES

In order to avoid data loss, we have equipped our machine via USB memory access, where you can save or reload easily all memorized recipes

9.-TECHNICAL TELEASERVICE VIA INTERNET

10.- TIME TEMPERATURE GRAPHIC IN REAL TIME

11.-GRAPHIC AND SAFETY CONTROLS

Fricrema has other complementary functions and user support for service with other graphics that allow assessing the heat generator efficiency can control or with a simple inspection from the screen, the status of the various inputs to the machine (buttons, presostats and input contacts in general). 13.- EASY TO USE

14.-ENLARGE INDUSTRIAL DASHBOARD
