Fricrema pasteurizer is a programmable Pasteurizer by recipes, it reaches up to 200ºC, and up to 0ºC, allows for minimum loads (20%), variable stirring, both inverse and intermittent. It has a Ø80 outlet tap (patented), with a double water/air cooling condensator (water consumption water 35 litres/cycle), and a really usefull tele-servicing by internet RJ45.

FRICREMA constitutes an innovative and versatile working tool with all parameters open to be programmed by the user, for bakers and professionals catering which helps to make very different productions like pastry cream and a wide range of products, such as yolk (both soft and hard) ganache cream, marmalades, fruit sauces, jellies, white sauce, croquette dough, tofu, caramel, ice cream pasteurizing, etc, as well as the warming up of chocolate and as many cuisine products as can be done at a bakery with the aid of heat-stirring-cold.

FRICREMA is the first pasteurizer specially designed for working small productions with the same quality as large loads, so we are able to make productions from 4 liters to 220 liters with our range of machines (20% of the maximum capacity of each model).

1.- RANGE OF POSSIBLE TEMPERATURES UP TO 200 ºC

This way is really ease heating up to 85 ºC, so the pasteurizer works with little effort.

2.-HEATING FROM THE BASE OF THE BUCKET

Similar to the use of a ladle or any other pan heated from the base, allowing working with minimum loads, becouse only filling between 15 and 20% of the maximum load of the bucket.
FRICREMA is able to control and guarantee an optimum heating applied, when regulating the heating power of the heating power available (resistances temperature) in a different way of the temperature of the product, faster or slowly on each production.

3.-REGULATING THE HEATING POWER

If we must regulate the heating power (not the product temperature) in a different way depending on the load we are working with 4 for 23 litres, our heating system will adjust the resistances temperature at different degrees (110ºC or 140ºC), heating slowly or quickly depending on the temperature programmed on the resistances of heating.

4.-ADJUSTABLE COOLING POWER

Fricrema is the only pasteurizer that achieved by means of its own direct expansion system with adjustable cooling power, in order to prevent the forming of frost in the area not covered by the product. Our cooling system is the answer to many years of research and work, with spectacular performances with which we achieved the greatest possible cooling surface, as in the case of direct expansion cold (best performance of all known systems), has the entire surface to cool the bucket becouse our pasteurizers are cooling from the walls and at the base of the bucket, so that it is possible to have more COOLING SURFACE becouse the cold uses the whole bucket to cool.



5.-ADJUSTABLE SPEED AGITATOR

In general, other machines have two stirring speeds and some feature an optional speed converter. At FRICREMA, all our machines are supplied with an open software that facilitates the adjusting of all the parameters that take part in the process in each recipe and that can be programmed by the user. On each step of the recipe, the turning speed from 1 up to 100 % can be selected, as well as the turning inversion (very important to achieve a good mixture), and the possibility of continuous or intermittent turning.

6.-REGULATING THE TIMES OF TURNING LEFT OR RIGHT

The flexibility of our program, by the intervention of five stages/steps, allows for a work cycle where we can mix speed with different ways of rotation: continuous/ intermittent turning/ turning inversion/ or without rotation, this way Fricrema will allow adapt to the product the agitation customizing your recipe..

7.-100 RECIPES AVAILABLE

This way every pastry will be able of using one recipe for each product (if we work always with the same production quantity) or different recipes for a single product but using every day different quantities and setting the right power of heating and cooling.

8.-RECORD RECIPES IN AN USB

In order to avoid data loss, we have equipped our machine via USB memory access, where you can save or recharge easily all memorized recipes.

9.-TELESERVICE VIA INTERNET

As it relates is not tighten a screw, the question is which screw must be tightened', but you do not need that your trusted technician have to learn one after another all the machines in his workshop, so at zero cost, our technical service can connect to your network to check your machine, providing ONLINE all the help you can specify on the parts that you find unknown.

10.- TIME TEMPERATURE GRAPHIC IN REAL TIME

Without paper consumption and running in each cycle, you will be able to control at all times heating and cooling time, because our Fricrema at all times is recording temperature values of the process of heating and cooling phase.
Likewise it is recorded in the screen, the hour when the cycle starts, the present time and the difference between both (time cycle).
The graphic attached indicates that in this cycle have start from 11 º to 85 º, for further cooling to 21.1 ° C, with a time cycle of 58 minutes and 33 seconds. 11.- GRAPHIC AND SAFETY CONTROLS Controls

Fricrema has other complementary functions and user support for service with other graphics that allow assessing the heat generator efficiency can control or with a simple inspection from the screen, the status of the various inputs to the machine (buttons, presostats and input contacts in general).

12.-NOTICE-WARNING ON THE SCREEN

Any incident that cause the stop of the cycle will be notice on the screen, The warnings to the user are given on the screen and in the language chosen by the customer, giving a direct solution to the most common tasks . “NEEDS WATER”, ”CLEAN FILTERS”, “CLOSE COVER” etc, changing the background color of the screen according to the type of warning.

Other less evident support functions allow to automatically turn off the water pressure for cleaning the inside of the hoses in the machine after 15 minutes the cleaning system has stopped, preventing thus breakdowns due to a possible torn hose. The material used on all our manufactures is exclusively of first quality and, among the available offers, we select the best features that permit the optimum steady results in time. Therefore, for example, the speed control corresponds to the “vectorial” characteristic with direct communication to the screen on which, through distant connection, both the customer and our technicians can see the consumption of the stirring engine.



13.- EASY TO USE

In spite of its multiple options, in order to use our pasteurizers, all the user has to do is to press the “Start” key twice. When pressing it once, we enter the recipe screen and when pressing it once more, we confirm the use of the displayed recipe (always the last one made) and then, the new work cycle begins. In order to stop the cycle we can press twice”
The rest of the keys, have been studied in universal graphic images looking like dump truck, reminiscent of the role of emptying.

14.- ENLARGE INDUSTRIAL DASHBOARD

In the models PC60/110, and due to their greater size, the distance between the operator’s position and the screen has been enlarged and therefore other control keys for these machines have been fitted. They are specified below: Iit features a key (IP67) found on the front to activate and stop the water outlet for the cleaning of the vat when a manufacturing process has been finished. This tap may be set on from the tactile screen or from this key on the front so the water reaches de tap. At this point, the operator must unscrew the end of the tap in the direction of the vat so it lets out the water.

PASTEURIZER FOR LARGE AND SMALL PRODUCTIONS.

The design of our manufactures with heating from its lower end (base of the vat) and cooling of the vat from the base and from the side cylinder by direct expansion in its three models of different capacity and a same concept PC25- PC60-PC110, gives an exceptional performance, both with heat and with cold. This design allows for the use of the machine with reduced loads (20% of the maximum capacity of each model), with the added feature of independently regulate, both the heat and cold power. EMPTYING OUTLET TAP OF PASTEURIZED PRODUCT

On the front of the machine stands out the emptying tap, with its opening and locking mechanism (patented model) and on which, at first sight, its outlet capacity for thick products can be seen (inner tap diameter 80 mm). The market studies carried out let us know that this point represented a concern for users of this type of machines. As a consequence, our line of pasteurizers is endowed with a tap patented by Mainco Miranda S.L. and which bears outstanding features in its design -Wider outlet section….which guarantees a greater thick product emptying capacity as it bears a maximum diameter (80 mm ) and minimum evacuation resistance, as the 25 mm of its closing area widens considerable the outlet area and the slope of the emptying channel. -Absence of “dead areas”….. as the joint of our tap does the locking at the limit of the area scraped by the side scraper of the vat, which guarantees that there are no parts of the product that do not get heat/cold equally in the whole of the vat.

Everyone is aware that 'prevention is better than cure', but very few companies of world who install a filter system to their machines, trying to facilitate preventive maintenance task to the user. The filters are removable from the outside so they can be maintained/cleaned easily.
Clean filters, reduce consumption and extend compressor life, while reducing water consumption.
